Know what your rental includes
Delivery, pickup & one dump
Your base rental includes delivery, pickup, and one dump within the included weight allowance.
- 13-yard and 17-yard: 4,000 lb included.
- 20-yard: 5,000 lb included.
Extra weight and other charges described in the rental agreement may apply.
Payment at booking
100% payment is due when you book. For cash or check arrangements, call before booking so payment can be coordinated.
Charges identified after booking, such as excess weight, are handled under the rental agreement.
Changes & extra days
Contact us at least 24 hours before the delivery or pickup you need to change. Extensions depend on availability and have a daily fee based on dumpster size.
The contract specifies the full rental amount for cancellation on the scheduled delivery date. Contact us about your specific cancellation and any applicable refund.
Need another dump?
Call to request a dump-and-return service. We will confirm availability, scheduling, and the price before arranging the additional dump.
Extra weight charges also apply when a load exceeds its included allowance. Ask us about the applicable charge before loading heavy debris.
Before delivery
- Clear the delivery route and placement area.
- Use a suitable concrete, asphalt, or gravel surface.
- Confirm unusual or heavy materials with our team.
- Review the prohibited materials and loading FAQs.
Before pickup
- Keep debris inside the sides and below the top rails.
- Spread weight evenly and leave room for the tarp.
- Never move the dumpster or compact debris with machinery.
- Keep the dumpster accessible for our driver.
